There is a common theory that light is a never changing subsices and is always the
same and and nevers slows down or speeds up. I beleive this theory is wrong because every thing has to start a zero a one
point in time i does not just start at 186,282.397 it had to start a zero at some time in history and if i am right it started
at zero between 10 or 20 billion years ago and has gradually speed up over time and or the next million years it while have
speed up unough to be noticeds.
